The Mediums I Work In
My mother is an artist and I was raised with supplies and inspiration all around me. Being creative is a necessary part of my life. I focused on art, art history and techniques throughout my education. I enjoy creating art, exploring mediums & boundaries, enhancing my skills, admiring and collecting other artist's work.
My work has been exhibited in juried shows across the U.S.

The Mediums I Work In
I work in many different mediums, such as watercolors, acrylics, pastels, collage, fiber & wire, jewelry, etc. I enjoy the freedom of working with multiple mediums and the excitement it creates. They complement and inspire each other. I'm not supportive of any personal guidelines that would be restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

I try to spend as much time as I can in nature. I'm constantly inspired by the natural beauty all around us. I took the photo above during a morning walk. Though I may not paint the landscape as it is in the photo, the feelings evoked during that moment are processed and translated to my work.
